Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?
You can place an order through our website www.timeoutspace.com by selecting your desired items, adding them to your cart, and completing the checkout process. For assistance, contact our support team.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and financing options through our partner services. You can see all available payment methods at checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible to make changes.

Do I need create an account to place an order?
No, you can make a purchase as a guest. We do recommend having an account if you wish to place repeat orders as it speeds up the process and/or if you wish to get the updates on products, promotions or other news.

Do you offer financing or instalment payment options?
We offer Klarna flexible payments. If you are a registered PayPal user, you can take advantage of the Pay in 3 scheme to help you spread the cost. Check the financing options during checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping options and costs?
We offer standard and expedited shipping. Shipping is free for orders over £300. Smaller orders attract costs based on location and order size. You can view estimated charges at checkout. Please refer to our Delivery Information page for more details.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on location and item availability. Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days, while custom orders may take longer. Please refer to our Delivery Information page for more details.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Do you offer assembly services?
Yes, we provide white-glove delivery and assembly services in select locations. Additional charges may apply.

Do you deliver to my area?
Our in-house team fulfils deliveries of larger items in London and Home Counties. We use third party delivery partners to deliver furniture around the UK. For deliveries to Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland as well as Remote Scotland areas and all UK Isles, please contact us to get a delivery quote. We also use national delivery and courier companies to post smaller items to the whole of the UK.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Custom and clearance items are non-returnable.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Contact our support team via support@timeoutspace.com with your order details to start the return process.

Are there returns fees?

What if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If your item is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and provide the images of the damage via email support@timeoutspace.com

If I return an item, when will I get my refund?
The refund will be issued as soon as the item has been received and inspected. Refunds are issued based on the original payment method. The time it takes to process a refund varies based on your bank and card type. You will get an automated email confirming the refund.

Where are your products made?
Our furniture is mainly crafted in Europe. A small percentage of products is sourced from other locations worldwide.  

What materials do you use?
We use high-quality certified wood, metal, polypropylene, upholstery fabrics, and eco-friendly materials. Please check individual product pages for details.

How do I care for my furniture?
Each brand provides care instructions for their products, and we will supply the maintenance information post-order. You can also access maintenance guides in brand collection pages.

Warranty & Repairs

Do your products come with a warranty?
Most items come with a 1-5 year warranty. Check specific product pages for warranty details.

How do I request a repair?
If your product is under warranty, contact us with photos and a description of the issue, and we will assist you.

Yes, our showroom is located at Unit 11, Horizon Business Centre, Erith, DA18 4AJ. Please book an appointment to see our products in person.
