Delivery Terms
WHERE DO WE DELIVER?
We deliver furniture (large items) within mainland England and most areas of Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Delivery times will vary depending on products ordered, delivery location and the fulfilment service provider we use. National delivery and courier companies will deliver smaller items to the whole of the UK. Larger furniture products will be delivered by palletised service. Delivery prices are applied once the products have been added to cart and delivery details entered.

WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME FOR FURNITURE ORDERS?
We stock a large collection of furniture at our UK warehouse and are able to fulfil the orders within 2 weeks.
All other made-to-order furniture purchases are subject to supplier production and shipping to the UK time, which can vary throughout the season based on consumer demand. Below is a guide to lead times of our most popular brands:

HOW DOES IT WORK?
We will contact you within 48 hours of placing the order and advise of the estimated delivery date. We will send you notifications when the goods are ready for dispatch and provide you with approximate delivery time slots.
Our deliveries take place Monday to Friday. Saturday deliveries may be arranged for an extra charge.
WHAT FURNITURE DELIVERY SERVICES DO YOU USE?
We offer a variety of delivery services for furniture orders:
* In-house Deliveries (Greater London only) - items are taken to the room of choice on the ground floor. You will receive a prior email notification and a call 1 hour before arrival.
* Courier Deliveries (UK wide, smaller furniture items, lighting & accessories) - items are delivered to the front door or safe area. Tracking information is provided and 1 hour delivery window is specified on the day of arrival. We use Next Working Day service as standard.
* Palletised Deliveries (UK wide) - the pallet is delivered by medium-sized truck to the kerbside. Tracking information is provided once the pallet leaves our warehouse. We use a 2 Working Days service as standard. (Please note, the driver will not be able to unload the boxes from the pallet or remove the empty pallet).
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

BLACK FRIDAY SPECIAL - FREE delivery for all orders.
Standard fees as per below:
Furniture deliveries to mainland England are FREE for orders over £300.
Delivery fees apply to furniture orders over £300: Wales (£45 flat rate) and Scotland (£75 flat rate), Northern Ireland (£120). Furniture orders under £300 will generate a flat fee of £25 (Wales, Scotland) or £35 (NI). Once the items have been added to cart, the system will generate delivery fee options accordingly.

ASSEMBLY SERVICE
We are pleased to offer a white glove assembly service for orders in Greater London for an additional charge. Please contact us via support@timeoutspace.com or web-chat for availability and prices.
NON-FURNITURE DELIVERY FEES
Accessories and smaller furniture items that can be posted with mainstream courier companies will vary according to item size and weight. The cost will be automatically applied at checkout.
WHAT ABOUT IMPORT COSTS?
The prices advertised on www.timeoutspace.com are final and no import-related costs are passed on to our customers in the UK.
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?
For your convenience we have a collection point in Erith, South-East London. If you wish to collect your order from our warehouse please get in touch with us first.
MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED. WHAT DO I DO?
Don’t worry, we record and track every parcel we send. If your order has not arrived, please send us an email with your order number, and we will find the whereabouts of your package.
