MERANO CHAIRS

MERANO chairs are a multiple design award winning chairs in the perfect blend of solid wood and pressed plywood. Its expert construction gives it geometric character, is both lightweight and sturdy, with no visible fasteners or metal parts. Merano chairs look particularly striking in black colour. Available in either beech wood only or with a luxurious addition of 100% pigmented leather* on the seat and backrest. 

MATERIALS in more detail:

MDR leathers that have a standard embossed grain and no surface flaws. While the correction process may reduce the leather's natural softness and permeability, it also offers various practical advantages such as a consistent surface pattern, low maintenance, and increased durability against wear and fading.

Beech wood: best known and most commonly used deciduous trees. Beech wood is light to pinkish in colour and features texture that is not very distinctive. The wood is hard, relatively strong, less elastic, homogeneous and dense.

Stained wood finish: staining is applied by either immersion or spraying and then finished with a layer of transparent lacquer. This finish allows for the individual wood characteristics to be visible. Staining does not affect the wood structure.
