The C69E Dining table by Nissen & Gehl was designed in 1978. The table is a beautiful fusion of craftsmanship and good design, and behind its simple expression lies a wealth of carefully crafted details. The pillar in the oak base unifies the table and creates the design's easily recognisable and iconic profile.

The structure of the base also offers great flexibility in terms of the number of chairs around the table and ensures that there is unobstructed legroom for everyone. The fine curves of the tabletop add a lightness to the otherwise robust look.

Please note before purchase: Oval table comes with two extra leaves in natural oak. This way, we can ensure that the wood is of the same grade and deliver the high quality you expect from FDB Møbler. The extension leaves are to be stored away if not in use, the design of the table does not accommodate for storage under the table top.

Oiled oak finish: Oiled oak furniture offers a rich, natural finish that enhances the wood's grain and colour, providing a warm and elegant appearance. The oil or paint also acts as a protective layer, making the furniture more resistant to water and stains while maintaining its durability and longevity.
