Lacquered solid oak finish: lacquered (water based varnish, UV protective) wood is easy to clean and maintain, lacquered finish gives the protection of the elements, such as water, allows the natural grain and texture of the oak to show through.

Painted solid oak finish: the paint adds a protective layer, increasing the furniture's resistance to wear and tear, scratches, and stains. Water-based paint finish allows the natural grain and texture of the wood to show through, preserving the beauty and character of the oak wood.
